Forbidden

Forbidden Status only exists in Advanced Format and Japan, since Traditional Format does not possess a Forbidden List. When a card is Forbidden, no cards of that name can be used in your Main Deck, Side Deck or Extra Deck. All Forbidden cards are by default Limited in Traditional Format.

As of March 1st 2011, these cards are Forbidden in the OCG and the TCG Advanced Format. There are no Forbidden Cards in the TCG Traditional Format.
