- This card's 'hair' resembles a certain Japanese punk hair style.
- This card loosely resembles 'Turboman.EXE' from the 'Megaman Battle Network' series.
- Yusei's "Turbo Warrior" along with Yugi's "Summoned Skull" are both Level 6 monsters with the same ATK, as that of their respective signature cards (Yusei's "Stardust Dragon" and Yugi's "Dark Magician").
- "Turbo Warrior" is red although "Turbo Synchron" is green. The opposite can be seen with "Nitro Warrior" being green and "Nitro Synchron" being red.
- This card somewhat resembles "Fiendish Engine Ω".
- Since the "Meklords" are all Level 1, this card is the only Synchro Monster they can't absorb, being immune to their effects. Despite this, Yusei never used it against the Three Emperors of Yliaster.
