OCG Rulings
- Revealing one Monster Card from your hand is an activation cost.[1]
- When resolving the effect of "Full Elf", if the revealed monster is not in your hand, then you still apply the Level-increasing effect.[2]
- After the effect of "Full Elf" resolves and increases its Level, if "Full Elf" is flipped face-down by "Book of Moon" or banished by "Interdimensional Matter Transporter", then you no longer apply the Level-increasing effect.[3]
- After the effect of "Full Elf" resolves and increases its Level, if the revealed monster is no longer in the hand, then the Level of "Full Elf" remains increased until the End Phase.[4]
- If you activate "Cost Down" and then activate the effect of "Full Elf", then the Level of "Full Elf" increases by the revealed monster's decreased Level.[5]
- If "Enemy Controller" is Chained to "Full Elf"'s effect so that your opponent controls "Full Elf" when the effect resolves, then you still apply its Level-increasing effect.[6]
