- In the anime, this card would Special Summon the Fusion Material Monsters from the Graveyard of the owner of the targeted Fusion Monster, not just the person's who played it.

- In episode 65, Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Marik Ishtar while the latter was possessing Strings. When "Humanoid Worm Drake" attacks "Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts", Yami Yugi activates this card to return "Humanoid Worm Drake" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Humanoid Slime" and "Worm Drake" from the Graveyard.
- In episode 73, Yugi uses this card during his Tag Duel with Seto Kaiba against Lumis and Umbra. When "Valkyrion the Magna Warrior" attacks Yugi directly, Yugi activates this card to return "Valkyrion" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Alpha The Magnet Warrior", "Beta The Magnet Warrior" and "Gamma The Magnet Warrior" from Yami Yugi's Graveyard to Umbra's side of the field.
- In episode 83, this card is seen in Yami Yugi's hand during his Duel against Yami Bakura. In the next episode, this card is still shown to be in Yami Yugi's hand.
Virtual World
- In episode 105, this card can be seen in Johnson's hand during his Duel against Joey Wheeler.

- In episode 118, Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Noah Kaiba. After "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" attacks and destroy "Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi", Yugi activates this card to return "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon the three "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" in his Graveyard to his side of the field.
Battle City Finals
- In episode 134, Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Kaiba. When Kaiba attacks "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" with "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon", Yami Yugi activates "Magic Formula" to equip it onto "Dark Paladin". Kaiba then activates this card to change the target of "Magic Formula" to "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon". Yugi then activates this card to return "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon Kaiba's three "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" from the Graveyard.
- In episode 138, this card is shown in Yami Yugi's hand during his Duel against Yami Marik. Yami Marik takes this card from Yugi's hand when the latter activates "Exchange". In the next episode, "The Winged Dragon of Ra" attacks Yami Yugi directly, but Yami Yugi activates "Fiend's Sanctuary" to Special Summon a "Metal Fiend Token". Due to the effect of the Metal Fiend Token, the Battle Damage that Yami Yugi would take will be inflicted to Yami Marik instead. Yami Marik then activates this card to separate himself from "The Winged Dragon of Ra", increase his Life Points by the ATK of "Ra", decrease the ATK of "Ra" to 0, and stop the attack that would have made him lose the Duel.
- In the latter-mentioned episode, this card also appears in a flashback Yami Marik has when he explains to Yami Yugi that he used this card to avoid losing the Duel and when he explains how he got this card from Yugi.
Waking the Dragons
- In episode 157, this card can be seen in Yami Yugi's hand during his Duel against Rafael.
- In episode 178, Yugi uses this card during his Tag Duel with Seto Kaiba against Dartz. When "Dragon Master Knight" attacks Dartz directly via "Reflect Energy", Dartz activates the effect of "Orichalcos Deuteros" to Tribute "Orichalcos Gigas" and destroy "Dragon Master Knight". Yugi then activates this card to return "Dragon Master Knight" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" and "Black Luster Soldier" from the Graveyard. This negates the effect of "Orichalcos Deuteros" since "Dragon Master Knight" was removed from the field.
- In episode 184, this card appears in a flashback Yami Yugi has when he remembers playing "The Seal of Orichalcos" against Yugi's better judgment.

- In episode 195, this card was shown in Seto Kaiba's hand during his Duel against Zigfried von Schroeder.

Season 1
- In episode 8, Zane Truesdale uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. He uses this card to return "Cyber Twin Dragon" to his Extra Deck and Special Summon two "Cyber Dragons" from his Graveyard.
- This card can also be seen when Chumley Huffington was rebuilding his Deck.
- In episode 12, this card is shown as one of the many cards belonging to Bastion that were thrown in the water by Chazz Princeton.
- This card also appears in a flashback Alexis has when she tells Chazz that she saw him throw Bastion's cards into the water. This card is shown as one of the many cards that Alexis saw in the water.
- In episode 15, Jaden Yuki uses this card during his Duel against Harrington Rosewood. He uses this card to return "Elemental Hero Rampart Blaster" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Elemental Hero Burstinatrix" and "Elemental Hero Clayman" from the Graveyard.
- In episode 16, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Beauregard. He uses this card to return "Elemental HERO Thunder Giant" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Elemental HERO Sparkman" and "Elemental HERO Clayman" from the Graveyard.
- In episode 17, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Damon. After Damon activates "Drawber" to make Jaden draw a card, he declares that Jaden will draw this card. Jaden draws and reveals that Damon was right. Since Damon was correct, "Rampart Blaster", Jaden's Set card, and Jaden's entire hand are returned to his Deck.
- This card is also shown in a flashback where it was shown going down a waterfall as part of Damon's training montage.

When Chazz activates the effect of "Armed Dragon LV5" to send "Despair from the Dark" from his hand to the Graveyard and destroy "Elemental HERO Tempest", Jaden activates this card to return "Tempest" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Elemental Hero Sparkman", "Elemental Hero Bubbleman", and "Elemental HERO Avian" from the Graveyard. This causes the effect of "Armed Dragon LV5" to be negated as its original target was no longer on the field.
- In episode 30, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Nightshroud. He activates this card to return "Rampart Blaster" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Burstinatrix" and "Clayman" from the Graveyard. This destroys the "Attachment Dragon" that was equipped onto "Rampart Blaster" as "Rampart Blaster" was no longer on the field.
- In episode 32, Zane uses this card during his Duel against Camula. When "Cyber End Dragon" (whose ATK was 800 due to "Power Bond") attacks "Vampire Lady", Camula activates "Red Ghost Moon" to end the Battle Phase and gain Life Points equal to the ATK of "Cyber End Dragon". Zane then activates this card to send "Cyber End Dragon" to the Graveyard and Special Summon three "Cyber Dragons" from the Graveyard. This negates the effect of "Red Ghost Moon" as its original target was no longer on the field. On the End Phase, Zane takes no damage from "Power Bond's" effect as "Cyber End Dragon" was no longer on the field.
- In episode 34, Kaibaman uses this card during his Duel against Jaden. When "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" attacks "Elemental HERO Bladedge", Jaden activates "Edge Hammer" to Tribute "Bladedge", destroy "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon", and inflict the latter's ATK as damage to Kaibaman. Kaibaman then activates this card to return "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon his three "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" from the Graveyard. This negates the effect of "Edge Hammer" as its original target was no longer on the field.
- In episode 49, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Kagemaru . He activates "Philosopher's Stone - Sabatiel" to add this card from his Deck to his hand and place "Philosopher's Stone - Sabatiel" in his Deck. Jaden then sets this card. Later "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" (whose ATK was 7000 due to its own effect) attacks "Elemental HERO Shining Flare Wingman" (whose ATK was 4600 due to its own effect), but Jaden activates this card to return "Shining Flare Wingman" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Flame Wingman" and "Sparkman" from his Graveyard. The effect of "Raviel" then activates, Special Summoning two more Phantasm tokens to Kagemaru's side of the field. A replay then occurs and Kagemaru uses "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" to attack and destroy "Flame Wingman". "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames" then attacks and destroys "Sparkman".
- In episode 51, Zane uses two copies of this card during his Duel against Jaden. When "Elemental HERO Wildheart" (whose ATK was 2000 due to it being equipped with "Cyclone Boomerang") attacks "Cyber End Dragon" (whose ATK was 2000 due to it being affected by "Wild Half"). Zane activates this card to return "Cyber End Dragon" to his Extra Deck and Special Summon his three "Cyber Dragons" from his Graveyard. A replay then occurs and Jaden uses "Wildheart" to attack the Half Token, causing both monsters to be destroyed in a Double KO. After Zane Fusion Summons "Cyber End Dragon" via "Future Fusion", he activates this card to return "Cyber End Dragon" to his Extra Deck and Special Summon his three "Cyber Dragons" from his Graveyard. He then activates "Power Bond" fuse his three "Cyber Dragons" together and Fusion Summon "Cyber End Dragon". Due to the effect of "Power Bond", the ATK of "Cyber End Dragon" is doubled. In the next episode, "Cyber End Dragon" attacks "Rampart Blaster", but Jaden activates this card to return "Rampart Blaster" to his Extra Deck and Special Summon "Clayman" and "Burstinatrix" from his Graveyard. Jaden then activates "Elemental Burst" to destroy all cards on Zane's side of the field.

Season 2
- In episode 53, Jaden Yuki uses this card during his Duel against Aster Phoenix. He uses this card to return "Elemental HERO Tempest" to his Extra Deck and Special Summon "Elemental HERO Avian", "Elemental HERO Sparkman", and "Elemental HERO Bubbleman" from his Graveyard.
- In episode 55, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Tyranno Hassleberry. He activates this card to return "Elemental HERO Wild Wingman" to his Extra Deck and Special Summon "Elemental HERO Avian" and "Elemental HERO Wildheart" from his Graveyard.
- In episode 59, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Aster. When Aster activates "Misfortune" to inflict damage to Jaden equal to half the original ATK of "Elemental HERO Shining Flare Wingman", Jaden activates this card and "Burial from a Different Dimension" to return "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman" and "Elemental HERO Sparkman" to Jaden's Graveyard, return "Shining Flare Wingman" to Jaden's Extra Deck, and Special Summon "Flame Wingman" and "Sparkman" from Jaden's Graveyard. Since "Shining Flare Wingman" was no longer on the field, the effect of "Misfortune" was negated as its original target was no longer on the field.
- In episode 62, this card is seen in Jaden's hand during his Duel against the Alien of Light.
- In episode 64, Syrus Truesdale uses this card during his Duel against Hassleberry. When "Ultimate Tyranno" attacks "Decoyroid" a second time, Syrus activates this card to return "Ambulance Rescueroid" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Ambulanceroid" and "Rescueroid" from his Graveyard. "Cyber Summon Blaster" then inflicts 600 damage to Hassleberry. "Ultimate Tyranno" then destroys "Decoyroid". Syrus then activates the effect of "Rescueroid" to add "Decoyroid" from his Graveyard to his hand. Syrus then activates the effect of "Ambulanceroid" to Special Summon "Decoyroid" from his hand. "Cyber Summon Blaster" then inflicts 300 damage to Hassleberry. "Ultimate Tyranno" then attacks "Decoyroid" again, starting the loop all over again.
- In episode 66, this card appears in a flashback Jaden has when he sees Wheeler as Zane which makes Jaden remember his first Duel against Zane.
- In episode 72, Jaden plays this card against Howard X Miller. He splits "Elemental Hero Electrum" into "Elemental Hero Burstinatrix", "Bubbleman", "Elemental Hero Clayman" and "Avian". This let them all attack and he then refused them with "Instant Fusion" and attacked again. This completed his combo to Deck Out X via the effect of "Neo-Spacian Glow Moss".
- In episode 74, Princess Rose plays this card against Jaden. She splits "D.3.S. Frog" into three "Des Frogs", which she then used as Tributes to Summon "Amphibian Angel - Frog-Hael".
- In episode 77, Jaden plays this card against T-Bone. He splits "Tempest" into "Bubbleman", "Avian" and "Sparkman".
- In episode 78, Jaden plays this card against Sarina while teaming with Aster. He splits "Elemental Hero Necroid Shaman" into "Wildheart" and "Elemental Hero Necroshade". This let "Wildheart" attack despite the presence of "Mirror Bind", as it is unaffected by Trap Cards.
- In episode 83, Zane plays this card against Chancellor Sheppard. He splits his "Cyber End Dragon" into three "Cyber Dragons", weakening Sheppard's "Cyber Shadow Gardna" as well.
- In episode 85, Franz plays this card against Jaden. He splits himself from "Winged Dragon of Ra", restoring his Life Points.
- In episode 86, Jaden plays this card against Orlando. He split "Flame Wingman" into "Avian" and "Burstinatrix", preventing the destruction of "Flame Wingman" via the effect of "Battle Claw Fox".
- In episode 89, during Zane's Duel against Atticus Rhodes, this card can be seen in the air after Zane activates "Power Wall" and throws his Deck out to block the damage he would have taken.
- In episode 95, Zane plays this card against Syrus. He splits "Cyberdark Dragon" into "Cyberdark Keel", "Cyberdark Edge" and "Cyberdark Horn". This enabled him to attack Syrus directly with all three, winning him the duel as Syrus could not use "Life Force" to negate the third attack.
Season 3
- In episode 108, Jaden plays this card against Axel Brodie. He splits "Flame Wingman" into "Avian" and "Burstinatrix". This prevented the destruction of "Flame Wingman" via Axel's "Blaze Accelerator".
- In episode 137, this card is shown in flashback to episode 95.
- In episode 147, Zane plays this card against the Yubel, who was possessing Jesse Anderson. He splits his "Cyber Twin Dragon" into two "Cyber Dragons", which were able to attack directly.
- In episode 153, Jaden plays this card against Yubel. He uses it to split "Flame Wingman" into "Avian" and "Burstinatrix" and Special Summon the latter two in Defense Position, thus circumventing the effect of Yubel's "Regenerating Rose", which only activates when the monster it battles is in Attack Position.
Season 4
- In episode 157, Jaden plays this card against Trueman. He uses it to split "Elemental Hero Mariner" into "Avian" and "Elemental Hero Bubbleman". He then Tributes both of them to Summon "Elemental Hero Neos".
- In episode 161, Alexis Rhodes Sets this card during her Tag-Team Duel with Jaden against Chancellor Sheppard and Ms. Dorothy. She intended for Jaden to activate it when it was his turn, but he plays his own copy instead, splitting "Elemental Hero Darkbright" into "Elemental Hero Sparkman" and "Elemental Hero Necroshade. This lets him attack "Marshmallon" with "Sparkman" and "Necroshade" and win the duel for both him and Alexis.
Manga
- In chapter 5, Jaden Yuki plays this card against Bastion Misawa. He returns Bastion's "Goka, the Pyre of Malice" to the Fusion Deck. As its Fusion Material Monsters were Tokens, they do not return to the field.
Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL
- In episode 15, Roku plays this card against Yuma Tsukumo in a Statue Duel. He returns "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Statue Dragon" to his Extra Deck and Special Summons three "Blue-Eyes Statue Dragons" from his Graveyard.
Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
- Yami Yugi used this card in his Duel with Jaden Yuki and Yusei Fudo against Paradox. When "Malefic Red-Eyes B. Dragon" attacks "Dark Magician Girl", Jaden activates this card to split "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" back into "Elemental HERO Neos" and "Junk Gardna". Yusei then activated "Junk Gardna's" effect, switching Paradox's "Malefic Red-Eyes B. Dragon" to Defense Position, saving "Dark Magician Girl".
Scripted Duels
- In the non-canon duel North American WCQ 2011 Special: Yugi vs. Yusei, Yugi activates this card to return his "Dark Paladin" to the Extra Deck and to Special Summon "Dark Magician" and "Buster Blader" from his Graveyard to attack directly with.
- In the non-canon duel North American WCQ 2013 Special: Kaiba vs. Pegasus, Kaiba picks up this card with the effect of "Cyber Jar". The next turn, he activates this card to return his "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" to the Extra Deck and to Special Summon three "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" from his Graveyard to prevent Pegasus from resolving "Book of Moon" on "Ultimate Dragon".
