October 2004 Lists

The October 2004 Forbidden and Limited Lists were Forbidden and Limited lists in the TCG, going into effect on October 1, 2004.[1]

This list updated the previous August 2004 list which had announced in advance that 13 cards were going to change status from Limited to Forbidden, starting October 1. But in addition to that, once October 1 came by, another 5 cards where declared Limited as well.
