Card Tips:Dark Resonator
- This card can be searched via "Tour Guide From the Underworld", "Resonator Call", "Mystic Tomato" and "Sangan".
- This card works well in a Dark World Deck as "Goldd, Wu-Lord of Dark World" and "Sillva, Warlord of Dark World" are both Level 5, and by combining them with this card you can Synchro Summon powerful Synchro Monsters like "Red Dragon Archfiend", "Stardust Dragon" or "Hundred Eyes Dragon".
- Normal Summon "Dark Bug" to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. You can then Synchro Summon "Dark Diviner" or"Armory Arm".
- This card is a good target for the effect of "Imprisoned Queen Archfiend" since it can survive on your turn.
- Use "Cyber Dragon", "Oracle of the Sun" or "Vice Dragon" with this card in order to easily Special Summon a Level 8 Synchro Monster as early as your first turn.
- Use "Instant Fusion" to Special Summon a Level 5 monster from the Fusion Deck, like "Reaper on the Nightmare" or "Ojama Knight" and Normal Summon Dark Resonator for a first turn Level 8 Synchro Monster.
- Combine this card with "The Dark Door", so that it can't be destroyed by battle.
- While you control a Level 8 Dragon Synchro, activate "Red Carpet", reviving this card and "Barrier Resonator". Revive 2 "Level Eater" off of the Level 8 Synchro, making it Level 6. Synchro for "Formula Synchron" and either "Armory Arm" or "Dark Diviner". Delta Accel Synchro Summon "T.G. Halberd Cannon" or Limit Over Accel Synchro "Shooting Quasar Dragon".

- Normal Summon this card and Special Summon "Spell Striker" to Synchro Summon "Goyo Guardian" in 1 turn.
