OCG Rulings

  • Even if "Otohime" is flipped face-up by battle during the Damage Step, the effect "When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; change that target's battle position." can be activated. (In this case, it can be activated after damage calculation.)[1]
