Summoning[edit]
- Cards such as "Galaxy Queen's Light", "Level Lifter", "Resonance Device", and "Tannhauser Gate" can be used to enable this card's Special Summon.
- Even though "Gagaga Magician" cannot be used as a Synchro Material, it can still be used for this card's Special Summon after changing its own Level, since the Special Summon of "Ultimaya Tzolkin" is not a Synchro Summon.
- As a Level 5 Fusion Monster that is also a Tuner, "Sea Monster of Theseus" can be easily Special Summoned via "Instant Fusion", serving as a generic option for any Deck that can easily Summon a Level 5 monster, such as "Cyber Dragon" and "T.G." Decks.
- This monster can also be used for the Tribute Summon of the Level 5 "Salvage Warrior", whose effect can Special Summon it back to the field.
- "Quickdraw Synchron" is a Level 5 Tuner monster that can discard another monster to Special Summon itself from the hand, while still being able to be used for this card's Special Summon, since it is not a Synchro Summon.
- The Tuner monster "Morph King Stygi-Gel" can be a good option in a Deck that can easily Special Summon Level 5 or higher monsters, since its effect can mimic their Levels.
- This can fit in well with "Eldlich" Decks, since they don't have any monsters to Normal Summon, they regularly Special Summon "Eldlich the Golden Lord", and they regularly Set Spell/Traps during both players' turns with their "Eldlixir" and "Golden Land" card effects.
- In a "Hieratic" Deck, this card can be Special Summoned by using a "Hieratic Dragon of Su" and "Labradorite Dragon", with the latter being easily Special Summoned by the effect of the "Hieratic" monster that was Tributed for the Special Summon of "Su".
- The effect of "Box of Friends" can be used to Special Summon "Labradorite Dragon" and "PSY-Frame Driver"; as this card's Special Summon is not a Synchro Summon, they will not be affected by the restriction "Box of Friends" places on them.
General Tips[edit]
- This card can activate its effect during the opponent's turn if combined with Trap Cards that are capable of Setting themselves or other cards to the field, such as "Double Dust Tornado Twins", "Dust Tornado", "Lost Wind", and "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow".
- "Subterror Final Battle" is a good generic option to use, since its 4th bulleted effect doesn't require any special conditions to use, enabling the card to be freely activated during either player's turn.
