July 2002 Lists

The July 2002 Forbidden and Limited List was the second Forbidden and Limited list in the TCG, going into effect on July 1, 2002. This list updated the previous May 2002 list, adding four cards from the Booster Pack Metal Raiders, and was followed by the October 2002 Forbidden and Limited List.
