"Magical" (魔（ま）導（どう） Madō) is a series of Spellcaster-Type monsters with effects based around "Book of Spell" Spell Cards.

Each of them is based on a Tarot card.

Trivia

• These cards are similar to the "Arcana Force" archetype in that they are based on Tarot Cards.
• Many other cards in the OCG have the word "Madou" or 魔（ま）導（どう） in their Japanese names. For example "Breaker the Magical Warrior," "Defender, the Magical Knight," and "Giltia the D. Knight" all have 魔（ま）導（どう） in their card names yet they do not support "Book of Spell" cards and are thus not related to these monsters.
  • Luckily there is no card currently that must be used with a "Madou/Magical" monster. All current members and support only work with either "Book of Spell" spell cards or Spellcaster-Type monsters.
