Yu-Gi-Oh! D Team ZEXAL (pronounced zay-al [IPA: zeɪal] in Japanese, pronounced zek-sul in English) is a Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL spin-off manga series. It is being published in the Saikyō Jump magazine. This story is non-canon to the anime and manga series.
Summary
In contrast to the first manga, this one focuses on humor and all characters are drawn in a chibi style.
In this story, Yuma Tsukumo, Tori Meadows, Caswell, and Bronk Stone form a Dueling Team named ZEXAL. Also, Yuma knows Astral since the beginning, but he is still the only one who can see him.

Differences from other series
- This is the first Yu-Gi-Oh! series to illustrate the characters using a chibi style. However, the monsters are illustrated normally.
- The illustrations for the cards are taken directly from the OCG.
- Up till now, there isn't a D Team Zexal Manga Rank that hasn't a duel involving Yuma Tsukumo and all the duels of Bronk Stone and Takashi Todoroki are off screen.
