Duelist Kingdom

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 0022: "The Gauntlet Is Thrown", Weevil Underwood uses this card during his Duel against Rex Raptor. He Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. Rex then uses "Two-Headed King Rex" to attack this card, but Weevil activates "Infinite Dismissal" to negate the attack. Weevil then equips this card with "Insect Armor with Laser Cannon", strengthening it by an unknown amount. This card then attacks and destroys "Two-Headed King Rex", winning Weevil the duel.
• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 0044: "Into the Hornet's Nest", Weevil uses this card during his Duel against Yami Yugi. After summoning this card, Weevil equips this card with "Laser Cannon Armor", which increases this card's ATK and DEF by 300. He then equips this card with "Lev. 2 Power Boost", which increases this card's ATK by 1200 and decreases this card's DEF by 200. In addition, this card received a 600 ATK boost from the forest field, raising its ATK to 2600. Weevil then uses this card to attack and destroy Yugi's "Griffore". Later this card attacks Yugi's "Dark Magician", but Yugi activates "Mirror Force" to destroy all of Weevil's Attack Position monsters.
• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 01313: "Evil Spirit of the Ring", this card is shown in Yami Yugi's hand during his Duel against Yami Bakura.
• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 01616: "The Scars of Defeat", this card can be seen in Seto Kaiba's briefcase when he takes out a Duel Disk from his briefcase and tosses it to Joey Wheeler.
• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 02626: "Champion vs. Creator, Part 1", this card can be seen in Kaiba's briefcase when he takes a Duel Disk from his briefcase and tosses it to Maximillion Pegasus.

Virtual World

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 103103: "Freeze Play, Part 2", this card appears in the flashback relating to the events after Gozaburo Kaiba adopted Seto Kaiba and Mokuba Kaiba. This card is shown in Kaiba's Deck as he looks through it before finding a drawing of a "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" card.
• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 116116: "Brothers in Arms, Part 3", this card appears in a flashback Kaiba has when he reminds Mokuba that after Gozaburo pushed him to his limits, he (Mokuba) inspired him by sneaking his Deck to him and giving him a drawing of a "Blue-Eyes Wihte Dragon" card which got him to promise himself that he will work until he got an actual "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" card.

Grand Championship

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 196196: "Sinister Secrets - Part 1", this card is shown within Leon von Schroeder's backstory flashback when he is shown watching Yugi's Duels on television.

Films

Yu-Gi-Oh! (Toei film)

• A group of three unnamed children, who often bully Shougo Aoyama, open various booster packs of Duel Monsters in a card shop. One of them got this monster in the pack, along with Mushroom Man and Skull Servant. The leading child commented that the monsters in the pack were too weak, and his friends agreed after opening their own packs. They left the shop and briefly meet Shogo.
