- In episode 69, Dr. Faker uses this card during his Duel against Yuma Tsukumo, Shark, and Kite Tenjo. After Yuma Xyz Summons "Number 39: Utopia", Faker activates this card to force his opponent's monsters to attack when possible. Yuma, Shark, Kite were confused at this initially until they discovered the effects of "Number 53: Heart-eartH". By the next episode, this card disappeared from the field through unknown means.
