- In episode 120, two copies of this monster were members of Gozaburo Kaiba's "chess army". One of the two copies that Gozaburo summoned is later destroyed by Joey's "Axe Raider". In the next episode, the other copy is destroyed by Yugi's "Dark Magician".
Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's[edit]
- In episode 101, this card appears in a flashback Jean has when he notes that his individual teammates and himself weren't strong individually before they met each other. An unknown opponent uses this card during his Ground Duel against Andre. This card attacks directly and defeats Andre. If Andre had activated "Magic Cylinder", he would have won the Duel, but he chose not to. After the Duel, Jean noted if he had activated "Magic Cylinder", he could have won. Jean then asked why Andre did not try to play it. Jean assumed that Andre had pity towards his opponent and that prevented Andre from playing the card. Jean then tells Andre if he wants to win a duel, then he should not let something like pitying his opponent hold him back.
