- In episode 60, Misty Tredwell uses this card during her Ground Duel against Akiza Izinski. She Special Summons this card via "Sorrowful Chain". This card then attacks directly. Due to this card's first effect, Akiza sends "Hedge Guard" from her hand to the Graveyard and Misty draws one card. In the next episode, "Black Rose Dragon" attacks and destroys this card. On Misty's next Standby Phase, she sends "Sad Story - Sorrowful Memories" to the Graveyard in order to revive this card. Misty then equips this card with "Reptilianne Rage", increasing its ATK by 800. This card then attacks "Black Rose Dragon", but Akiza activates "Rose Blizzard" to negate the attack and switch this card to Defense Position. On Akiza's next turn, she then activates the second effect of "Black Rose Dragon" to switch this card into Attack Position and reduce its ATK to 0. "Black Rose Dragon" then attacks and destroys this card. Misty then activates the second effect of "Reptilianne Rage" to reduce the ATK of "Black Rose Dragon" by 800. On Misty's next Standby Phase, she sends "Sad Story - Unwavering Truth" to the Graveyard in order to revive this card. This card then attacks and destroys "Black Rose Dragon". Due to this card's effect, Akiza sends one card ("Seed of Deception") from her hand to the Graveyard and Misty draws one card. On Misty's next turn, she activates "Advance Force" to decrease the necessary Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a Level 7 or higher monster by one if she Tribute Summons it by Tributing this card. Misty then Tributes this card in order to Tribute Summon Earthbound Immortal Ccarayhua.
