  • In episode 10, Jaden Yuki uses this card during his Tag Duel with Syrus Truesdale against Para and Dox. He summons this card via "Polymerization". Jaden then uses this card's effect to allow this card to attack Para and Dox directly at the cost of halving this card's ATK during damage calculation only. Later Dox equips "Gate Guardian" with "Fairy Meteor Crush" to grant it the ability to inflict piercing damage. Syrus activates "Mystical Space Typhoon" to destroy "Fairy Meteor Crush", but Para activates "Judgment of Anubis" to negate "Mystical Space Typhoon" and destroy it. After that, "Judgment of Anubis" destroys this card and inflicts its ATK as damage to Jaden.
  • In episode 14, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Jinzo. He summons this card via "Polymerization". Since "Clay Wrap" was sent to the Graveyard, its effect activates, allowing Jaden to destroy "Ectoplasmer". This card then attacks directly. Later "Jinzo" attacks and destroys this card.
  • In episode 15, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Harrington Rosewood. He summons this card via "Polymerization". This card and "Elemental HERO Avian" then attack directly. On the last turn of the duel, Jaden activates "De-Fusion" to return this card to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Burstinatrix" and "Clayman" from the Graveyard.
  • In episode 16, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Beauregard. He summons this card via "Polymerization". Jaden then uses this card to attack directly at the cost of halving this card's ATK during damage calculation. Later "Goblin King" (whose ATK was 3000 due to it being powered up by its own effect) attacks and destroys this card.
  • In episode 17, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Damon. He summons this card via "Polymerization". Jaden then uses this card's effect to attack directly at the cost of halving this card's ATK during damage calculation only. Later Damon activates "Drawber" to make Jaden and draw a card and declare that Jaden will draw "De-Fusion". Jaden then reveals that Damon was right. Since Damon was right, all cards on Jaden's hand and field are returned to his Deck.
  • In episode 21, this card can be seen when Jaden is rebuilding his Deck.
  • In episode 29, Jaden Yuki uses this card during his Duel against Nightshroud. He summons this card via "Polymerization". Jaden then uses this card's effect to attack Nightshroud directly at the cost of halving this card's ATK during damage calculation only. Nightshroud then summons "Attachment Dragon" and uses its effect to equip itself onto this card. Nightshroud then activates the effect of "Attachment Dragon" to switch this card to Attack Position. In the next episode, Jaden activates "De-Fusion" to return this card to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Burstinatrix" and "Clayman" from the Graveyard. Since this card was no longer on the field, "Attachment Dragon" is destroyed.
  • In episode 50, this card can be seen in Jaden's Simulation Duel against Syrus. It appeared to be in his hand during the Duel even though Fusion Monsters are in the Extra Deck when not on the field, the Graveyard, or banished.
  • In episode 52, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Zane Truesdale. He summons this card via "Future Fusion". Later "Cyber End Dragon" (who was powered up by the effect of "Power Bond") attacks this card, but Jaden activates "De-Fusion" to send this card to the Graveyard and Special Summon "Burstinatrix" and "Clayman" from his Graveyard. Jaden then activates "Elemental Burst" to destroy all cards on Zane's side of the field.
  • In the anime, Jaden refers to this card as a female while dueling Dimitri, but refers to it as a male while dueling Jinzo.
  • In the dub, this card's attack was called Rampart Barrage.
