- In episode 27, Yuma Tsukumo uses this card during his Duel against Striker Crossit. He equips this card to "Muzurhythm the String Djinn" in order to prevent Striker from activating his set "Offside Trap" when "Muzurhythm" attacks. "Muzurhythm" then attacks "Playmaker". Due to this card's second effect, the ATK of "Playmaker" is halved. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
- In episode 98, during Yuma's Duel against Vector, Yuma was forced to discard this card via the third effect of "Chaos Number 104: Umbral Horror Masquerade".
