Card Appearances:Infection Extension
- In episode 123, Mr. Heartland uses this card during his Duel against Yuma Tsukumo (the latter taking over for Kite Tenjo). After three "Infection Bug Tokens" attack directly, Mr. Heartland activates this card to Special Summon an "Infection Bug Token". Mr. Heartland also explains that this card also forces Yuma to Normal and Special Summon monsters in Attack Position. Yuma then activates "Returning Light" to revive "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon". Later "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" attacks a token and Yuma activates the first effect of "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" to banish both battling monsters. Yuma then activates the effect of "ZS - Vanish Sage" to Special Summon "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" and banish all other monsters on the field with less ATK than "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon". This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
