In episode 68, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Aster Phoenix. This card's activation destroys "Dark City". Jaden then Tributes his two "Hero Kids" to summon "Elemental HERO Neos". Due to this card's effect, "Neos" gains 500 ATK. Jaden then Contact Fuses "Neos" with "Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab" in order to Special Summon "Elemental HERO Flare Neos". Due to this card's effect, "Flare Neos" gains 500 ATK. Since there are three Spell/Traps on the field, "Flare Neos" gains 1200 ATK (400 for each Spell/Trap on the field). Later "Destiny HERO - Dogma" (who was equipped with "Heavy Storm Blade") attacks "Flare Neos". The effect of "Heavy Storm Blade" then activates, destroying every other Spell and Trap on the field before the attack collides. This decreases the ATK of "Flare Neos" to 2900.

In episode 72, during Jaden's Duel against Howard X Miller, Jaden was forced to send this card from his hand to the Graveyard via the effect of "Card Destruction" on the first turn of the Duel.

In episode 104, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Sartorius. He activates this card on the last turn of the Duel. After Jaden summons "Elemental HERO Grand Neos", the latter gains 500 ATK due to this card's effect. After Jaden summons "Neos" via "Reverse of Neos", this card increases the ATK of "Neos" by 500. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.

In episode 105, this card appears in a flashback Jaden has when he states that it was because of "Neos" and the "Neo-Spacians" that he was able to Duel Aster again and win.

In episode 107, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Jesse Anderson. After this card is activated, "Flare Neos" gains 500 ATK due to this card's effect and an additional 400 ATK due to the effect of "Flare Neos". "Flare Neos" (whose ATK was 4600 due to its own effect and this card's effect) then attacks "Crystal Beast Amethyst Cat", but Jesse activates "Last Resort" to activate "Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins" from his Deck. This destroys this card and decreases the ATK of "Flare Neos" by 900. The second effect of "Last Resort" then activates (as Jaden had a Field Spell when "Last Resort" was activated), allowing Jaden to draw a card. After that resolves, "Last Resort" leaves the field and "Flare Neos" loses 400 ATK.

In episode 130, Jaden uses this card during his Tag Duel with Jesse against Marcel Bonaparte while the latter was possessed by Yubel. After this card was activated, "Elemental HERO Chaos Neos" gained 500 ATK due to this card's effect. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.

In episode 131, this card is shown in a flashback Jaden has when he remembers that Jesse stayed behind in the alternate dimension so that he could keep the portal open long enough for Duel Academy to return to Earth. Jaden then realizes that what happened was his fault as he was the one who sent Yubel to space, which caused the chain of events to occur up until now.
- This card is also shown in a flashback Jaden has when he apologizes to Jesse as he was the one who sent "Yubel" to space, which led to Jesse being forced to sacrifice himself in order to get Duel Academy and the other students and fauclty to return to Earth.

In episode 134, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Zure, Knight of Dark World. After this card was activated, "Elemental HERO Glow Neos" gained 500 ATK due to this card's effect. This card is later destroyed when Zure activates "Power Zone".

In episode 153, this card appears within a series of flashbacks Jaden has when he wonders if he will have to use overwhelming force to defeat Yubel. Jaden notes he can't take more sadness, so he will have to throw away all of his pity toward Yubel and use the power of the Supreme King.

In episode 157, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Trueman. After this card was activated, "Neos" gains 500 ATK. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.

In episode 159, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Atticus Rhodes. After this card is activated, "Neos" gains 500 ATK. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.

In episode 161, Jaden uses this card during his Tag Duel with Alexis Rhodes against two Obelisk Blue students. After this card is activated, "Flare Neos" gained 500 ATK. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.

In episode 170, this card appears in a flashback explained by Sartorius when he explains his and Sarina's childhood backstory and how they lived in fear of others by because of their special abilities. Sartorius states that after Jaden defeated him, he lost his power to foresee the future and felt happy initially until Sarina was kidnapped by Nightshroud which gave Sartorius no chance for himself and Sarina to live a new life. He declares that meant he will continuously lose everything important to him if he loses power.

In episode 177, this card is shown in a flashback Jaden has when Nightshroud reminds him that he is aware of why the World of Darkness has gained so much power.

In episode 180, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Yugi Muto. After this card is activated, "Elemental HERO Magma Neos" gains 500 ATK due to this card's first effect. "Magma Neos" then gains 400 due to its own effect. After "Neos" is Special Summoned via "Contact Out", this card boosts the ATK of "Neos" by 500. This card remained on the field until "Elemental HERO Neos" attacks "Slifer the Sky Dragon" (after this occurs, the scenes changes to Jaden in a desert).
