In episode 3, Yusei Fudo uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Tetsu Trudge. He Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. After Yusei activates "Speed Spell - Dash Pilfer" to gain control of "Junk Warrior" (who Trudge took control of via the effect of "Goyo Guardian"), he tunes "Junk Warrior" with this card in order to Synchro Summon" "Nitro Warrior".

In episode 13, Yusei uses this card during his Ground Duel against Leo. He sends this card from his hand to the Graveyard in order to activate "Card Rotator". After Yusei summons "Junk Synchron", he activates the latter's effect to revive this card with its effects negated. Yusei then tunes "Speed Warrior" with "Junk Synchron" in order to Synchro Summon "Junk Warrior". Yusei then tunes "Junk Warrior" with this card in order to Synchro Summon "Nitro Warrior".

In episode 17, Yusei uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Hunter Pace. He Normal Summons this card in Attack Position, Yusei then revives "Quillbolt Hedgehog" via its own effect as this card was present on his side of the field. Yusei then activates "Give and Take" to Special Summon "Junk Synchron" from his Graveyard to Hunter's side of the field and increase the Level of "Quillbolt Hedgehog" by three (as the Level of "Junk Synchron" is three). Yusei then tunes "Quillbolt Hedgehog" with this card in order to Synchro Summon "Nitro Warrior". Since this card was used as a Synchro Material Monster for the Synchro Summon of a Nitro Synchro Monster, its effect activates, letting Yusei draw one card.

In episode 28, Yusei uses this card during his Ground Duel against Grady while the latter was a Shadow Drone. After he summons this card, Yusei revives "Quillbolt Hedgehog" via its own effect as he controls this card. Yusei then activates "Graceful Revival" to revive "Speed Warrior". He then tunes "Sonic Chick", "Quillbolt Hedgehog", and "Speed Warrior" with this card in order to Synchro Summon "Nitro Warrior". Since this card was used as a Synchro Material Monster for the Synchro Summon of a Nitro Synchro Monster, its effect allows Yusei to draw one card ("Junk Barrage").
- This marks the last time Yusei uses this card for the Synchro Summon of "Nitro Warrior". In all later instances, he uses "Quickdraw Synchron" for the Synchro Summon of "Nitro Warrior".

In episode 56, during Yusei's Ground Duel against Roman Goodwin, this card is shown on a roulette wheel when Yusei was using the effect of "Quickdraw Synchron" to treat it as one of the five Synchron Tuner monsters he currently had in his Deck.

In episode 67, this card is shown flying out of Yusei's Deck while he and his friends were testing out a Duel Runner and it malfunctioned.

In episode 93, during Yusei's Ground Duel against Elsworth, this card is shown on a roulette wheel when Yusei was using the effect of "Quickdraw Synchron" to treat it as one of six Synchron Tuner monsters.

In episode 108, during Yusei's Turbo Duel against Primo, this card is shown on a roulette wheel when Yusei was using the effect of "Quickdraw Synchron" to treat it as one of the eight Synchron Tuner monsters he currently had in his Deck. Two episodes later, this card was one of the top five cards that Yusei found when he activated the first effect of "Shooting Star Dragon". This card was also one of the five Tuner monsters that Yusei found on the top of his Deck.

In episode 129, during Yusei's Turbo Duel against Halldor, this card was one of the top five cards that Yusei found when he activated the first effect of "Shooting Star Dragon". This card was also one of the three Tuner monsters that Yusei found on the top of his Deck.

In episode 134, during Yusei's Turbo Duel against Jakob, this card was one of the top five cards that Yusei found when he activated the first effect of "Shooting Star Dragon". This card was also one of the five Tuner monsters that Yusei found on the top of his Deck.

In the non-canon duel YCS Providence 2012 Special: Yusei vs. Akiza, Yusei Normal Summons this card on the first turn. The next turn, it is attacked by Akiza's "Witch of the Black Rose", but the attack is negated by Yusei's "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow". The following turn, "Nitro Synchron's" presence increases the ATK of Yusei's "Junk Warrior". The same turn, "Nitro Synchron" is used as Synchro Material with "Quillbolt Hedgehog" for "Armory Arm".
