- Mask of Darkness used this card in the manga. Also, it seems to not possess any effect in the manga. It was replaced in its duel by Rogue Doll, likely due to its altered effects in the card game making it impossible to use in its original context.
- This monster is shown in the opening sequence S H U F F L E, but not in any actual episode. In said opening, it seems to have been recolored to resemble Worm Drake.
