Card Appearances:Strong Wind Dragon
- "Strong Wind Dragon's" attack name in the Japanese version is "Strong Hurricane".
- In episode 29, Jack uses this card during his Ground Duel against Tetsu Trudge while the latter was a Shadow Drone and while the former had assistance from Carly Carmine (Jack couldn't use his right arm as it was still healing, so Carly supported Jack by drawing and holding his cards). He Tribute Summons this card by Tributing "Vice Dragon". This card then gains ATK equal to half the original ATK of "Vice Dragon" due to its second effect. This card then attacks and destroys "Warm Worm". This card then inflicts piercing damage to Trudge due to its effect. The effect of "Warm Worm" then activates, forcing Jack to send the top three cards of his Deck to the Graveyard. On Jack's next turn, he considers Tributing this card in order to activate "Mind Trust", but Carly uses this card to attack "Shield Worm" before waiting for Jack's order as she thought that was obviously the move he intended to make. This card then destroys "Shield Worm", but Trudge receives no Battle Damage due to the second effect of "Shield Worm". On Trudge's next turn, "Dark Diviner" attacks this card. Trudge activates the second and third effects of "Dark Diviner" to make this card's ATK the same as the ATK of "Dark Diviner" until the end of the Battle Phase and make Jack send the top fourteen cards of his Deck to the Graveyard (one card for each multiple of 100 in the difference between this card's ATK and the ATK of "Dark Diviner"). The attack ends in a stalemate as this card can't be destroyed in battle by a monster that has the same ATK as it while "Dark Diviner" can't be destroyed in battle in general. At the end of Trudge's Battle Phase, the effect of "Dark Diviner" expires. On the final turn of the Duel, Jack activates "Mind Trust" to Tribute this card and add "Dark Resonator" from his Graveyard to his hand.

- In episode 30, this card is shown in a flashback Jack has when he realizes that he remembers being involved in a Shadow Duel before he passed out.
- In episode 59, this card appears in a series of flashback Carly has when she remembers all of the great moments she had with Jack upon seeing Jack's determination at rescuing her. Remembering this allows Carly to regain her senses and choose the "Changing Destiny" option that would make the Duel continue instead of making the Duel end in her victory.
- In episode 111, this card is shown in Jack's hand during his Turbo Duel against Max (who was possessed by the Familiar of Red Nova at the timing).
- This card also appears in Max's Deck when Jack looks through it.
