OCG Rulings
- The effect of "Blast Juggler" is a Trigger Effect that activates on the field. (The effect targets 2 face-up monsters with 1000 or less ATK in the Monster Zone. You have the option to activate the effect once during your Standby Phase if "Blast Juggler" is face-up in your Monster Zone. Tributing "Blast Juggler" itself is the cost to activate the effect.)[1]

- "Blast Juggler" targets 2 face-up monsters with 1000 or less ATK.
- "Blast Juggler's" effect cannot be activated if there is only 1 face-up monster (excluding "Blast Juggler") with 1000 or less ATK.
