- With a card like "Cloudian - Acid Cloud", its effect activates once it is Normal Summoned. Since it is face-up on the field and it looks for every face-up "Cloudian" monster, it will count itself.[1]

- If “Cloudian - Acid Cloud” is attacked while in face-down Defense Position and it is flipped face-up by the attack, it is destroyed by its effect after damage calculation.
