Card Rulings:Constellar Leonis
OCG Rulings
- The effect of "Constellar Leonis" is a Continuous Effect.[1]
- Normal Summoning a monster by the application of the effect of "Constellar Leonis" does not start a Chain Link.[1]
- If you Normal Summon by the effect of "Constellar Leonis", you can only Normal Summon face-up. (You cannot Set in face-down Defense Position.)[1]
- If you Normal Summon a Level 5 or higher monster by the effect of "Constellar Leonis", it requires the same Tributes as a Tribute Summon.[1]
- Q: While you control "Constellar Leonis", "General Grunard of the Ice Barrier", and "Karakuri Komachi mdl 224 "Ninishi"", can you Normal Summon a "Constellar", "Ice Barrier", and "Karakuri" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set?
- A: If you would Normal Summon a monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set, even if you control Constellar Leonis, General Grunard of the Ice Barrier, and Karakuri Komachi mdl 224 "Ninishi", you can only apply the effect of 1 of them and Normal Summon 1 monster. For example, if you apply the effect of "Constellar Leonis", you cannot Normal Summon by the effect of "General Grunard of the Ice Barrier" or "Karakuri Komachi mdl 224 "Ninishi"" during the same turn.[2]
