TCG Rulings

• You cannot activate “Delta Crow – Anti Reverse” from your hand if you control 4 or 5 “Blackwing” monsters.

• If you control exactly 3 “Blackwing” monsters, you can activate “Delta Crow – Anti Reverse” from your hand during your turn or during your opponent’s turn.

• The number of “Blackwing” monsters on the field is only an activation requirement. If the number of Blackwings is no longer correct when “Delta Crow – Anti Reverse” resolves, its effect is still applied.

• “Delta Crow – Anti Reverse” only destroys face-down Spell and Trap Cards. If those cards are chained in response, they are not destroyed.

OCG Rulings

• If you control four or more "Blackwing" monsters, then you cannot activate this card from your hand.

• If an effect is chained to "Delta Crow - Anti Reverse" so that you no longer control any "Blackwing" monsters when resolving the effect, then the effect of "Delta Crow - Anti Reverse" still resolves properly and destroys all of your opponent's Set cards. The same applies when you control three "Blackwing" monsters and activate "Delta Crow - Anti Reverse" from your hand.

• "Delta Crow - Anti Reverse" and "Reckoned Power" only destroy face-down Spell/Trap cards. If you activate "Delta Crow - Anti Reverse" or "Reckoned Power" and your opponent chains a face-down Spell/Trap Card, then the chained card is face-up when resolving the effect of "Delta Crow - Anti Reverse" etc, so it is not destroyed.

• "Delta Crow - Anti Reverse" can only be activated from your hand when you control exactly three "Blackwing" monsters. You cannot activate it from your hand when you control four or more "Blackwing" monsters.

• If you control three "Blackwing" monsters, then you can activate "Delta Crow - Anti Reverse" from your hand during your opponent's turn.
