- Q: When "Demise, Agent of Armageddon" is sent to the Graveyard, I activate its effect targeting a "Ruin, Angel of Oblivion" on my field. If my opponent chains "Book of Moon" and changes that "Ruin, Angel of Oblivion" to face-down Defense Position, how does the effect of "Demise, Agent of Armageddon" resolve?
- A: When resolving the effect of "Demise, Agent of Armageddon" that activates when it is sent to the Graveyard, if the targeted Ritual Monster is in face-down Defense Position, the effect disappears. (Even if the targeted Ritual Monster becomes face-up again after that, the effect of "Demise, Agent of Armageddon" is not applied.)[1]
