OCG Rulings

  • The text that states this card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set and must be Special Summoned from your hand by Tributing 3 monsters is not an effect. (It is the procedure required to Special Summon this monster. Special Summoning this card by this method does not start a Chain. Tributing 3 monsters on your field and Special Summoning this card from your hand do not happen simultaneously.)[1]
  • This card can only be Special Summoned by its written procedure. Even if it was sent to the GY after being Special Summoned by this method, it cannot be Special Summoned with "Monster Reborn", etc.[1]
  • This card's effect that changes its ATK is a Continuous Effect.[1]
  • This card's effect that prevents your opponent from activating cards or effects during the Battle Phase is a Continuous Effect.[1]
