OCG Rulings
- The effect targets any number of your face-up banished "Fortune Lady" monsters.[1]
- If you activate this card by targeting 2 or more "Fortune Lady" monsters, they are treated as being Special Summoned at the same time.[1]
- It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.[1]
- Returning the Special Summoned monsters to the Deck during the End Phase does not start a Chain Link. (If you Special Summoned 2 or more monsters, they are treated as being returned to the Deck at the same time.)[1]
