Card Rulings:Limiter Overload
OCG Rulings
- If this card is sent to Graveyard from the Hand or Deck, its effect which Special Summons "Speed Warrior" will activate.[1]
- The effect of "Limiter Overload" will activate when it is sent to the Graveyard after being Special Summoned by "Magical Hats", even if it is destroyed by battle.[2]
- The effect of "Limiter Overload" activates in the Graveyard, so "Jinzo" cannot prevent it from being activated. Neither "Jinzo" nor "Royal Decree" can negate the effect and prevent "Speed Warrior" from being Summoned.[3]
- If you have no "Speed Warrior" in your Hand, Deck, or Graveyard when resolving "Limiter Overload", then your opponent can check your Hand & Deck to verify that there is no "Speed Warrior" to Summon.[4]
- When "Limiter Overload" is sent to the Graveyard, its effect activates (and starts a Chain).[5]
- A Set "Limiter Overload" cannot be activated/flipped face-up.[5]
