OCG Rulings
- After returning the opponent's Spell and Trap Cards to the owner's hand, the effect that allows "Goe Goe the Gallant Ninja" to attack directly begins to apply.[1]
- If you control more "Ninja" monsters than the amount of Spell or Trap Cards the opponent controls, this effect cannot be activated.[1]
