Card Rulings:Mecha Phantom Beast Tetherwolf
OCG Rulings
- Tributing a Token Monster is a cost to activate the effect "this card gains 800 ATK, until the end of this turn".[1]
- It is possible to Tribute a Token Monster other than a "Mecha Phantom Beast Token" to activate the effect "this card gains 800 ATK, until the end of this turn".[1]
- In "this card gains 800 ATK, until the end of this turn", the text "until the End Phase" should read "until the end of the turn". (This is effective from July 10, 2014.)[1]

OCG Rulings
- If "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" and a Token you control would be destroyed simultaneously by "Dark Hole", the Token is destroyed, but since the "While you control a Token, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects." effect of "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" is applied, "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" is not destroyed and remains on the field.[2]
- Even if you Normal Summon "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" while you control a Token, "Solemn Judgment" can be activated. Furthermore, since the "While you control a Token, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects." effect of "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" only applies while it's face-up on the field, and since a "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" whose Normal Summon is negated by "Solemn Judgment" is not considered to be a card on the field, "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor" is destroyed by "Solemn Judgment".[3]
