Q&A Rulings
- Q: During my opponent's Battle Phase, when my "Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax" and my opponent's "Dingirsu, the Orcust of the Evening Star" battle, I activate the effect of "Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax" that increases its ATK, and "Dingirsu, the Orcust of the Evening Star" is destroyed. During the same Battle Phase, if my opponent attacks "Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax" with their "World Gears of Theurlogical Demiurgy", can I activate the effect of "Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax" again?
- A: The second effect of "Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax" can be activated during damage calculating once per battle with an opponent's Special Summoned monster. Therefore, even if "Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax" battles Special Summoned monsters twice during the same Battle Phase, its effect can be activated once during each of those battles.[2]
- Q: When applying the effect of "Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax" that returns a card on the field to the Deck, can I choose a Token as the card to return to the Deck?
- A: When applying the effect of "Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax" that returns a card on the field to the Deck, you can choose a Token on the field. In that case, the Token disappears instead of returning to the Deck.[3][4]
