- Both players keep their hand revealed during the turn this card's effect is applied. (Players reveal the cards that were in their hand at the time this effect resolved, as well as any new cards that were added to their hand during that turn.)[1]
- While this effect is applying, if both players have a cards with the same name in their hands, neither player can activate it or its effects. (For example, if "Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit" is in both players' hands, neither player can activate the effect of "Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit" from either their field or their hand.)[1]

However, if you Set your "Raigeki" from your hand, there will no longer be a copy of "Raigeki" in both players' hands, so you can then activate that Set "Raigeki" from your Spell & Trap Zone.[2][3]
