OCG Rulings
- This is a Counter Trap Card that must be chained directly to the activation of a Spell or Trap Card with the same name as a Spel or Trap Card in your Graveyard. This card cannot be activated in response to the activation of the effect of a Continuous Spell Card or Continuous Trap Card.[1]
- If you cannot negate the activation and destroy that card, the effect that adds a card to the hand cannot be applied.[1]
