- A: As in this scenario, even if you Normal Summoned normally for your turn and again by applying the effect of "Ritual Beast Tamer Elder", you can activate the effect of "Ritual Beast Ulti-Kimunfalcos" if you have another "Ritual Beast" monster in your hand that can be Normal Summoned.[1]
