OCG Rulings
- Sending 1 Rock-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard is a cost to activate "Rock Bombardment".[1]
- "Rock Bombardment" cannot be activated during the Damage Step.[1]
- When "Rock Bombardment" resolves, inflicting damage to your opponent is considered to be the last thing to happen.[1]
