OCG Rulings
- You can activate this face-down card, without activating its effect, at any time except during the Damage Step.[1]
- This card's effect that increases the ATK/DEF of a "Danger!" monster on your field by 500 starts a Chain. (It targets 1 face-up "Danger!" monster in your Monster Zone. Discarding a card is the cost to activate this effect.)[1]
- If you activate this effect during the Damage Step, it must be at the start of the Damage Step or before damage calculation. (If you activate this face-down card and this effect as part of the same Chain Link, you can activate this card during the Damage Step.)[1]
- This card's effect that places it on the bottom of your Deck and draws a card starts a Chain and activates in the GY. (It does not target, and cannot be activated during the Damage Step. Discarding 1 "Danger!" monster from your hand is the cost to activate this effect.)[1]
- Placing this card on the bottom of the Deck and drawing 1 card do not happen simultaneously.[1]
