- A: The effect of "Soldier Dragons" must be activated directly in a chain to an opponent's card or effect. Therefore, since your opponent activated only "Dark Hole" in this scenario, only 1 "Soldier Dragons" can chain its effect. (If your opponent further chains another card or effect, the other "Soldier Dragons" can also activate its effect.)[1]
