- Q: If I activated "Spacetime Transcendence" by banishing a "Stegocyber and "Evilswarm Salamandra" from my Graveyard, can I Special Summon "Ultimate Conductor Tyranno"?
- A: Since "Ultimate Conductor Tyranno" is a monster that must first be Special Summoned by its own procedure, it cannot be Special Summoned from your hand with the effect of "Spacetime Transcendence". Also, if "Ultimate Conductor Tyranno" was sent to the Graveyard after being Special Summoned properly, you can Special Summon it from the Graveyard with card effects. (An "Ultimate Conductor Tyranno" that was sent directly from the hand or Deck to the Graveyard cannot be Special Summoned with "Spacetime Transcendence".)[1]
