TCG Rulings
- Select 1 monster your opponent controls and 1 face-up "T.G." monster you control. Switch control of those monsters.[1]
- You cannot activate this card during the Damage Step.[1]
- This card targets your face-up "T.G." monster and any monster your opponent controls. If the target “T.G.” monster is face-down when this card resolves, you still switch control of it with the other target monster.[1]
- If you don’t control the target "T.G." monster when this card resolves, you do not take control of your opponent’s monster.[1]
- If this card is activated targeting an attacking monster, the attack stops after control of the targets switches.[1]

These Ruling(s) have not been confirmed as applicable to the TCG.[Notes 1] |
- Raigeki Break: If "Raigeki Break" targets a monster and and an effect is chained and makes the monster change Monster Card Zone, like "TG1-EM1", then it will still be destroyed since "Raigeki Break" targets the card itself, not the Zone it's in.[2]

Mentions in Other Rulings
- Chain Destruction: Suppose that a monster with 2000 ATK or less is Normal Summoned and "Chain Destruction" is activated. If a card like "Enemy Controller" or "TG1-EM1" is Chained to "Chain Destruction" so that control of the monster changes, then when resolving "Chain Destruction" the player who currently controls the monster destroys all cards with the same name in his hand and Deck.[3]
- Chain Disappearance: Suppose that a monster with 1000 ATK or less is Normal Summoned and "Chain Disappearance" is activated. If a card like "TG1-EM1" is Chained to "Chain Disappearance" so that control of the monster changes, then when resolving "Chain Disappearance" the opponent of the player who activated "Chain Disappearance" still banishes all copies of the monster from his hand and Deck.[4]
- Sakuretsu Armor: If something like "Enemy Controller" or "TG1-EM1" is Chained to something like "Sakuretsu Armor" or "Dimensional Prison" so that control of the attacking monster changes, then the effect of "Sakuretsu Armor" does not destroy the attacking monster.[5]
