OCG Rulings
- This card can be activated and flipped face-up, without activating its effect, at any time except the Damage Step.[1]
- This card's effect that increases the ATK of a Link Monster on the field starts a Chain. (It targets 1 Link Monster in either your Monster Zone or your opponent's Monster Zone.)[1]
- When activating this effect during the Damage Step, it must be at the start of the Damage Step or before damage calculation. (You can activate "World Legacy Collapse" during the Damage Step only if you activate this effect as part of the same Chain Link as the card's activation.)[1]
- Banishing 1 "World Legacy" monster from your hand, from your GY, or face-up from your Monster Zone is the cost to activate this effect.[1]
- This card's effect that Special Summons a Cyberse Link Monster from your GY starts a Chain and activates in the GY. (It does not target. Banishing this card from your GY is the cost to activate this effect, and it can be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
