• Q: I activate the first effect of "World Legacy Pawns", targeting a face-down Defense Position "Krawler Spine" on my field. If my opponent chains "Ceasefire" and flips "Krawler Spine" face-up, how does the effect of "World Legacy Pawns" resolve?

A: As in this scenario, if the monster targeted with the effect of "World Legacy Pawns" is in face-up Defense Position when the effect resolves, the effect is still applied. Since you cannot change the targeted monster to face-up Defense Position, you must change it to face-up Attack Position.

• Q: When activating the effect of "World Legacy Pawns" that changes a face-up monster to face-down Defense Position, can I return an "X-Krawler Qualiark" in my Graveyard to the Extra Deck for the cost?

A: When activating the effect of "World Legacy Pawns" that changes a face-up monster to face-down Defense Position, you must return a "Krawler" monster in your Graveyard to the Main Deck. Since "X-Krawler Qualiark" is a Link Monster, it cannot be returned to the Main Deck, so it cannot be used for the cost of "World Legacy Pawns".
