That's nice, but those rulings aren't official. Also, remember to sign your posts with four tildes ~~~~. It automatically creates a signature for you, kinda like this one: --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 14:17, July 3, 2010 (UTC)

Oh, okay. So would that mean that until they are official they do not apply?

Also, this is not in the rulings of Dragunity Aklys, but would this ruling still apply to Dragunity Aklys?

"The effect of "Dragunity Partisan" which Special Summons a Winged Beast-Type monster is not treated as resolving at the same time as the effect which equips "Dragunity Partisan" to that monster.[2] Example: If "Dragunity Primus Pilus" is Special Summoned by "Dragunity Partisan", then afterwards "Dragunity Partisan" is equipped to "Dragunity Primus Pilus", so the effect of "Dragunity Primus Pilus" cannot be activated." 70.160.177.114 (talk) 08:59, October 14, 2010 (UTC)

If it's unofficial, we won't add it, even IF it happens to be true. See also: Project:Card Rulings for more information. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 23:44, May 3, 2011 (UTC)

But this ruling is all over the ocg konami rulings, could we at least put this ruling under ocg header? oh yea what the top guy states is wrong 1) What type of effect are these? The Effect that Summons a monster and the effect that destroys Cards are Trigger Effects.

2) Is it necessary to show the monster you are going to Special Summon? It is not. You decide it at resolution.

3) Do you still Summon a Dragunity monster if, at the time of this effect's resolution, this Card is no longer face-up? No answer yet.

4) Can you activate Bottomless Trap Hole or Torrential Tribute after the resolution of the Special Summoning effect? You cannot. After the Special Summon, the last thing to happen is this Card being equipped, so the timing is missed and those Cards cannot be activated.

5) If this Card is equipped to a monster while face-down [think Destiny Hero - Plasma], and it is sent to the Graveyard, can the effect be activated? No answer yet.

6) While this Card is being treated as an Equip Spell Card by its own effect, and Skill Drain is activated, is this Card unequipped? [for lack of a better term] It is not, it remains equipped.

7) Does the second effect target? Yes it does.

8) If this Card is sent to the Graveyard as a result of the equipped monster being Removed from the Field, can the effect be activated? No, it can't.

9) When this Card is destroyed simultaneously with the equipped monster, can the effect be activated? No, it can't.

10) If Book of Moon or Interdimensional Matter Transporter is used on the equipped monster, when this Card is sent to the Graveyard, can the effect be activated? No, it can't.

11) Is the effect treated as the effect of a Spell Card or a Monster Effect? It's a monster effect that activates at the Graveyard.

12) If this Card is sent to the Graveyard during the Damage Step, is the effect activated? Yes, it is.

As this would at least inform the public about such ruling in ocg actually exist Keithchen89 (talkcontribs) 11:25, June 22, 2011 (UTC)
We only add official rulings that appear on Konami's official FAQ. We only add other rulings under exceptional circumstances, and I don't see what's so exceptional about this case. --Deus Ex Machina 00:47, June 25, 2011 (UTC)

If you remove from play the equipped monster to Summon "Dragunity Arms Laevatein", then the effects of "Dragunity Aklys" and "Dragunity Arms Laevatein" both activate and form a Chain.

~ i still wonder about this one since i haven't played in like several months, i herd that if so only the monster that is summoned can get its effect.
