Card Tips:Armed Dragon Catapult Cannon
- "Armed Dragon Thunder LV7", which is treated as "Armed Dragon LV7" while on the field and GY, can be Special Summoned by any means, which can then be banished to Special Summon this card.
- "Armed Dragon Thunder LV5" can be used to Special Summon it or "Armed Dragon LV7" from the Deck.
- "Level Up!" can help in Special Summoning "Armed Dragon LV7".
- Use "Cyber Network" or 2 copies of "Fusion Tag" (only in the OCG) to help Special Summon "VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon".
- This card makes it considerably easier to Special Summon "Armed Dragon LV10". Use the effect of "Elemental HERO Prisma" to reveal this card, copy the name of "Armed Dragon LV7", then Tribute "Prisma".
- "Ojamassimilation" and "Ojamatch" are tailored to facilitate Summoning this card's materials, though you run a high risk of bricking due to using components of three distinct archetypes.
- In an Ojama-based deck, "Saryuja Skull Dread" can greatly facilitate the summoning of this card. Use "Ojama Red" to summon 4 materials (perhaps using "Ojamatch" to search for it and an Armed Dragon). Its on-summon effect will allow you to possibly draw more copies of "Ojamassimilation" or "Fusion Tag". Additionally, "Saryuja" can summon an Armed Dragon monster from the hand (though not "Armed Dragon LV7" itself).
- "Salamangreat Almiraj" and "Link Spider" can help if multiple copies of the same Ojama are summoned.
- If forced to use "Armed Dragon LV5" (rather than the Thunder variants), "Saryuja" can give it a critical ATK boost from 2400 ATK to 2700 ATK, allowing it to defeat more monsters.
- After using both effects, "Saryuja" becomes an excellent target for "Fusion Tag", allowing it to serve as one of the materials for "VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon"
