- This card can be searched by "Glow-Up Bloom", "Eldlixir of Black Awakening", "Eldlixir of Scarlet Sanguine", "Pyramid Turtle", "Goblin Zombie", "Chaos Zone", "Imperial Princess Quinquery", "Rescue Ferret", "Witch of the Black Forest", and other generic searchers.
- You can also easily Special Summon this card with "Call of the Mummy", "Book of Life", "Mezuki" or "Il Blud".
- Use this card to quickly Xyz Summon Rank 5 Monster Cards.
- Combine this card with "The Winged Dragon of Ra" or "Wall of Revealing Light" to easily lower your Life points.
- You can use "Hope for Escape" to reduce Life Points to satisfy the summoning requirement for this card and draw cards at the same time.
- "Life Equalizer" can help reduce your opponent's Life Points after you summon this card.
- Use "Upstart Goblin" as a Draw Engine to ensure this card's ATK will be high, even if the opponent pays a lot of LP for cards like "Solemn Warning" or other Counter Traps.
- Use cards that give your opponent LP such as "Gift Card", "Soul Taker" and "Rain of Mercy" can be good examples.

- "Magical Merchant" can help to mill the card beforehand, while giving you a chance to get "Recurring Nightmare" or another useful Spell like "Mystical Space Typhoon" to clear away the opponent's defenses.
- "Jester Confit" works great with this as you can Special Summon "Jester Confit" then tribute it to Tribute Summon this card, then use "Recurring Nightmare" to repeat the combo if "Endless Decay" dies.
- Special Summon this card, then return it to your hand for something like "Genex Ally Birdman" and re-Summon it for an easy Synchro Summon.
- Using two or three of this card at once can garner enough ATK on the field to OTK with. This can be better attained with "Inferno Reckless Summon".
