- Activate "Karakuri Cash Cache" targeting either Karakuri monster and search any Karakuri monster.
- Synchro Summon "Naturia Beast".
- Activate "Karakuri Anatomy's" effect to draw two cards.

Then you can Synchro Summon "Mist Wurm" (by using only two cards).
- Normal Summon this card. Activate "Machine Duplication" to Special Summon 2 more from your deck in DEF Position. Tribute the ATK Position one for "Nanashick", drawing 2 cards. Synchro Summon "Karakuri Steel Shogun mdl 00X "Bureido"", Special Summon "Nanashick" from your Deck, and Synchro Summon "Bureido" again. Use the second "Bureido's" effect to Special Summon "Nishipachi" from your deck, and switch him to DEF Position to draw 2 cards. You will now have 3 powerful monsters on the field, and 7 cards in hand.
- In desperate moments, you can use the effect to summon any level 4 non-tuner "Karakuri" monster and Synchro Summon a "Black Rose Dragon".
- Combine it with the "Karakuri Showdown Castle" to summon a LV 4 or higher Karakuri monster, including the Synchro Monster and have field adventage.
