- This card can be searched by "Triple Tactics Thrust", "Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic", and other generic searchers.
- Use this card alongside Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon to inflict 5000 damage + damage equal to the original ATK of the targeted monster. Also, Tribute fodder for the cost is easily obtainable in Pendulum decks.
- You can Tribute monsters such as "Sangan" or "Emissary of the Afterlife" to get their effects.
- You can use this card in a "Reptilianne" deck. You can easily Tribute the monster through the use of "Reptilianne Spawn". So thereafter you can take the most advantage out of the effects of "Reptilianne Viper" and "Reptilianne Scylla" along with the other "Reptilianne monsters".
- This card can work well with "Evoltile Najasho," reducing an opponent's monster's ATK to 0 and Special Summoning an "Evolsaur" ready to kill it ("Evolsaur Cerato" makes an excellent target due to its battle-related effects).
- Possibly the best card to use this with is "Number 33: Chronomaly Machu Mech," whose effect will, in practice, inflict damage to your opponent equal to up to triple the target monster's ATK.
- This presents a possible OTK, if your target has an original ATK of 1900 or more.
- In addition, "Chronomaly" decks are capable of rapidly summoning Tribute Fodder for this spell, with easily Special Summoned members like "Chronomaly Moai," "Chronomaly Tula Guardian" or "Chronomaly Crystal Bones"
- You can use this card with other cards that inflict effect damage like "Nitro Unit", "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman," "Mighty Warrior" or "Armory Arm" to inflict even more damage.
- You can use this card with "Masked Chopper" to deal over 2100 damage.
- This makes a possible support option for "Reptilianne" and "Gorgonic" Decks, which revolve around the opponent's monsters having 0 ATK.
- Use this card in combination with most "Hieratic" monsters to both reduce an opponent's monster's ATK to 0 and Special Summon a new monster.
- If used with "Copycat", you can deal twice the damage of the original ATK of the monster in one attack.
- This card is particularly powerful against high ATK monsters such as "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon", "Five-Headed Dragon", and "Dragon Master Knight". Not only can you destroy a powerful monster easily, but you'll deal massive damage to that card's owner, possibly winning the Duel in one swoop.
- Use this card in combination with "Enlightenment Paladin", dealing double damage plus Battle Damage, possibly enough for a OTK if the targeted monster had high enough ATK.
