- This card can be searched by "Triple Tactics Thrust", "Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic", and other generic searchers.
- Use this card to manipulate the Levels of the selected monsters to set up an Xyz Summon or Synchro Summon.
- For a turn, Level-restricted lockdowns like "Level Limit - Area B" can be bypassed.
- If there is a Fusion Monster or a Ritual Monster over Level 6, use this card when there are other monsters that's Level 6 or lower. After that, use "Fusion Weapon" or "Ritual Weapon" respectively.
- Use with "Zombie World"/"DNA Surgery" and "DNA Transplant".
- Use with a Level 1 Tuner monster and any non-Tuner monster to easily Synchro Summon "Formula Synchron" or "T.G. Recipro Dragonfly" as long as the Synchro Materials have the same Type and Attribute.
- It is possible to get "XX-Saber Gottoms" more easily with this card.
- This card can be useful in "Blackwing" Decks, as they are all Winged Beast DARK monsters (with a couple of exceptions) and have decent Synchro Monsters.
