• This card can be searched by "Rogue of Endymion", "Watch Cat", "Watch Dog", "The Despair Uranus", and other generic searchers.

• "Black Garden" works well with this card.
• Try to use another copy(or all three if possible), then you can double the amount of damage you can inflict.

• The best way for this card to build up counters is to use "Rose Lover" effect to special summon "Lonefire Blossom" (from your hand), then use its effect to special "Gigaplant". With this you can normal summon "Gigaplant" and with its effect special summon "Lonefire Blossom", then reuse its effect to summon another plant-type monster. This will easily maximize the amount of counters on this card.

• Do this combo for easy damage:"Lonefire Blossom" → "Evil Thorn" → use Thorn's effect. This results in no loss in card advantage and gets out an extra monster.

• If you have "DNA Surgery" on the field with "Plant" Type designated, various search monsters will generate Counters very quickly, which increases the chances of using this card's max effect.

• "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis" Summons itself through its special effect and you can add counters to this card.

• ** If using "Phoenixian Seed", you will add another "Seed Counter" and "Special Summon" requirements for "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis" to be "special summoned" by having a "Plant" monster in the "Graveyard" to "Remove from Play" to summon "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis".

• This card is Useful in "Plant" "Token" decks, with cards such as "Cactus Fighter" for "Needle Tokens", "Dandylion" for "Fluff Tokens", "Horseytail with "Horseytail Tokens" ( if "Horseytail" destroyed by battle), "Sweet Corn" for "Maize Tokens", "Bamboo Scrap", and the combination of "Vampiric Orchis" "Equipped" with the Union Card "Des Dendle".

• Try having "Seed Cannon" on the Field and Destroy by battle up to 3 "Mystic Tomatoes" and any number of Cherry Inmato cards up to '5' total to max out Plant Counters for 2500 damage to the opponent.
